Youth Program Enduro Race

The Kootenay Freewheelers Cycling Club Youth Program will hold a short enduro race at the Nordic Centre on June 7th, with Registration/Plate pickup open at 9:30am for a 10 am start. The event is expected to run about 2 hours and the total distance is under 10Km. This event will be open to children registered in the XC program (Groups 13 - 22) and/or in the Gravity Program, as well as any program coaches. Registration will close Wednesday night.

Entry fee is 5$ with a bbq lunch included following the race. Full face helmets are mandatory and knee/elbow pads are recommended. 

We still need quite a few parent/coach volunteers to help run the event especially to do timing duties at the start and finish of each stage, and course setup and takedown.  If you can volunteer (or have any immediate questions) please send an email to the club racing email address: freewheelersracing@gmail.com .
